AI training for teams and businesses

Move from scattered experiments to shared working practices. Astramind AI builds training around your team’s roles, tools and real use cases, with attention to responsible use and practical follow-through.

Start with your team’s needs

Identify the roles involved, existing AI experience and the tasks that cause friction. A leadership introduction, a role-specific workshop and an advanced automation session serve different needs. We use this diagnosis to define a useful programme.

Work on real business scenarios

Possible exercises include drafting a customer reply, structuring a project brief or summarising an approved document. Agree which information can be used and prepare anonymised or fictional examples when needed. No confidential document is needed to make the first enquiry.

Build shared habits

Teams practise giving context, setting output requirements, checking claims and documenting reusable prompts. They also discuss when to escalate to a person, how to handle sensitive information and who owns a recurring workflow.

Measure adoption after learning

Choose a baseline before the workshop: time spent on a task, corrections required or consistency of the output. After practising, repeat the task and compare. A useful outcome is an agreed next step and a person responsible for applying it.

Design the delivery

Tell us the participant count, departments, location and preferred format. The programme, duration and delivery arrangements are scoped with you. Workshops can focus on awareness, practical business use cases, AI champions or deployment support.

Frequently asked questions

Can different departments follow different paths?

Yes. Describe their responsibilities and current experience so the programme can be structured by role and level.

Is this a standard recorded course?

The offer is centred on live learning and practical workshops. Delivery and materials are agreed as part of your programme.
